I have spent 25 + years working in the transport and logistics industry. I have experience in FMCG , Retail and Linehaul sectors. At Reid’s my role is ensuring we are compliant with NHVR Fatigue and Mass Management regulations. Driving efficiency through identifying cost saving initiatives and operational improvements is also one of my responsibilities.
Q1: Share some interesting facts about yourself
- I have spent many years in the scouting movement and most recently become a qualified scout leader.
- I have an interest in motorsports, golf and music.
Q2: What do you believe differentiates Reids from other companies?
The culture within the whole team certainly is noticeable. Over my 18 months working for Reid’s, I look forward to coming to work each and every day. The Reid family has made it a pleasure to be working alongside them.
Q3: What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learnt in life?
Be Prepared which is the scouting motto. This applies to everything we do in life and will ensure your always well equipped to deal with any situation.
