Celeste has built her career in executive leadership across manufacturing, FMCG, retail, government and enterprise transformation environments. She has led large-scale technology modernisation, ERP transformations, cybersecurity uplift programs and data-driven operational initiatives.

As Chief Technology & Information Officer at Reid Stockfeeds, Celeste will oversee the company’s technology, systems, infrastructure, manufacturing platforms and digital capabilities. She will also focus on connecting information across the business and turning data into meaningful insights that improve visibility, traceability, responsiveness and decision-making for employees and customers.
