I have over 25 years’ experience in human resources management, many of which have been spent been working with fast-growing SMEs moving into the next phase of their development. I have a generalist background and have worked in a wide range of industries in HR at strategic, operational and individual levels.

As HR Manager at Reid Stockfeeds, I’m responsible for leading and achieving the company’s people strategy and overseeing organisational development, HR operations, HR compliance, management development, recruitment, employee engagement and retention.

  • I grew up in South Africa and moved to Melbourne just over 20 years ago – and love it here!
