  5. Royal Melbourne Show 2011 – Beef Carcase Competition

A number of entries at this year’s Melbourne Show Beef Carcase Competition were fed on Reid Stockfeeds grain mixes. Some animals were fed on Beef Em Up, part of our standard range, whilst others had specially designed custom mixes. Both types of rations performed extremely well, and below are some of the results. Well done to all those involved in preparing the cattle for the competition. We’d like to make a special mention of the teachers and staff at Nagle College, Marist Sion College, and Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE, the effort they put in for the benefit of their students, and the future of the industry, is recognised and greatly appreciated.
